Educated guess on 12-14 based on data, insider info, and media reports.

I guess my terminology wasn't very precise in my statement which was: "It's always been BYU as number 11" ... and I stand by that. But the final part of the 12-14 has definitely been murkier and it probably depends on who you ask with Big12 decision-making power. ... the rest hasn't "always" been that way through this process.
