So what is he supposed to do, not be honest about the concerns? He is
supposed to come on there and give his perspective on the team. It sounds like you agree with his perspective, but don't want to him to give it. So because he did a poor job of being OC he isn't allowed to share his opinions anymore, even if most people agree with them?
