That kind of assumes Bowlsby told his secretary:
"Gladys, I want you to make a spreadsheet of teams, and at the top, I want it to say 'Conference Expansion Scorecard.'"
I'm betting against that being a real thing. Specifically because if the page ever got away from its owner, someone would have a page that says "Conference Expansion Scorecard" on it.
Also, why would they call it a "scorecard?" That sounds like something a college sophomore would put together.
