His career rushing average is negative. Negative.
Take away the Wagner game (an awful defense in your words), and for his career he has 5 receptions for 20 yards.
If he was producing in practice he would be getting more opportunities in games. We'll see if this year is any different, but he is light years behind the other running backs and receivers.
