Taysom and the lost step
Eh, I don't buy it, he was pretty quick afoot when he decided to run, the LBs had the angle on all the sideline plays, and what I saw was Taysom taking more time looking down the field which meant he lost his ability to cut and go. I saw at least two plays where he had the chance to tuck and run, but kept going toward the sideline and then tucked and got the yards before going out.

I didn't see a player that was still reported to be very fast in camp who has lost a step. I still think he's more tentative about making that hard plant and turning up field, but I think there's just as much of trying to extend the play if he can with a quick toss under the coverage.

Time will tell, but I'm hoping he proves everyone wrong. (and PS, I don't care what he said himself, if I was going to Utah to play this week, I'd tell them I had whiplash and cracked ribs and would be walking off my plantar facitis. There's no rules about what a player says about their health.
