That definitely isn't the play he called. If the catch is made it is a touchdown and everyone is praising Ty and Taysom for being gutsy and making the play for the win...
The throw was not where it should have been, it was thrown inside and needed to be thrown outside and away from the defender, the play was there, to be made, but the throw wasn't where it needed to be and the receiver didn't aggressively go for the ball.
