fault, or even "mostly" at fault. These polarizing blame games are a complete waste of time - everyone has culpability - period.
That being said, I do think that the decision to go for all the marbles with 60 seconds left, on 2nd and 2, behind by only 3 points, with 2 TO's left was a bad decision. Why put the entire game on the line on one play (can you say Utah) on a lower percentage pass (just how many passes have we completed that deep) when the possible theme of our team in the early going seems to be the dropped pass / tipped pass for interceptions theme - regardless of who's at fault or partially at fault for those repeated issues. We just didn't need to put all of our eggs in that basket at that time, IMO.
