I think they start in his top 100. They finished 53 last year. Will probably

start lower than that given the points you mentioned, but bringing back Emery, Davis, and Mika should help BYU's preseason rating w/ him stay easily in the top 100. Without analyzing every other team out there I would guess that they start the season somewhere around 75.
