Like Saleapaga from USC (commit) who never made it to campus?

I want kids who are top notch and want to play for BYU. Guys like Saleapaga was never a BYU guy and most likely never will be. Not a good fit? Grades? Doesn't matter if you sign guys who never make it to campus. Fauatea is a great get for OSU but should be at BYU. Hope we can change his mind.
