Agreed! Next point, I think many of the fans overlook that a HC doesn't
typically pull his starting QB after tough close losses. There is a lot to team cohesiveness and standing behind your leader. Yanking your QB has a bigger impact than just those pocket passes. It impacts how comfortable future players feel with the coaching staff and their ability to make mistakes. It also divides the locker room and can be a spiral if the decision is a mistake and the backup doesn't do any better.
