I didn't know she was that sick. I knew she had a cyst on her ovaries but I didn't know it was anything life threatening.
It's a complete shock right now, which my brain has not let me fully accept or process yet. This is the third friend I've lost way too young in a span of less than 10 years, well 4th really if you count one of their moms who was in her 60's, she was a friend too. How does this keep happening?? You expect to lose friends to death when they get older, not when they haven't even reached 30-40. 😢
