"He touched it, therefore he should have caught it" is such an absurd statement. A similar example would be saying that someone who can touch the rim should be able to dunk. Getting a hand on it means nothing, especially if the receiver is running one way and Taysom throws it behind him, over him, at a spot where they can't twist to catch it, and throws it with such velocity and lack of arc that there is no time to adjust. It's so painfully obvious when so many balls are being tipped and picked, that some of it is on Taysom.
