at that point at that the ref he "spoke" to on the sideline told him that the booth was already looking into it and then didn't give him any sort of update afterwards.

He should have taken a time out. The last two minutes of the half is a NFL rule.

Refs missed multiple holding calls on Toledo and chop blocks. Most of their big plays would not have happened
