If you think you can only throw over the middle if you have timeouts, and you only have two timeouts, then you think you can only throw over the middle twice.

But if you use the TO's on defense, you have an extra 80 seconds!!! How many times can you throw over the middle with an extra 80 seconds? At least 3, probably 4. So you're much better off using the timeouts on defense!!
