It's a mystery...
I'm sure that the coaching staff has reasons for it....maybe they fear that so many players are friends of Taysom that benching him would split the team? We saw that with Heaps/Nelson....who knows?

I'm convinced they're afraid Tanner will look better than Taysom. The'd look like fools for not switching long ago.
