I partially blame Ty though. He is wanting to implement his O, but it simply does not suit Taysom.

And when we play with more pace with read-option components, Taysom plays better. Because it suits him.

I guess Detmer is trying to help Taysom learn to play NFL QB, but it is not working. Taysom is better suited for spread concepts. And not doing that more has cost BYU games.
