Obviously they are keeping Tanner's redshirt intact
Unless Hill suffers a season ending injury, Mangum won't see the field this year. Even if we lost to Cincinnati, Hill will easily lead us over our last three November cupcakes. Whether we go to the bowl game 8-4 or 7-5 doesn't matter. The only thing that can really change if Mangum plays is that we'll only have him for 2 more years instead of three.

I'm convinced they're afraid Tanner will look better than Taysom. The'd look like fools for not switching long ago.
