First of all Boise's stadium is a lot smaller than BYU's. I was aware of this by simply looking up the stadium's capacity, but as I walked towards the stadium I could tell it wasn't as big or cool as BYU's. Boise had a lot of fans tailgating. That was pretty cool. I noticed one group that wasn't yelling mean stuff at me and my friend so we went over and talked to them. We talked about how both BYU and Boise wanted to join the Big 12 but that now that seems unlikely. They told me "I hope both of our teams get into a P5 conference" I said "me too, but as long as we get in first." We had a good laugh.

The game was pretty tough. The offense struggled because Jamal didn't play and Taysom wasn't completing enough passes. When Fred Warner and Lake go their interceptions ran back for touch downs I knew we had a chance.

When BYU did the fake punt on 4 &18 in their own endzone I was pretty ticked. But mostly embarrassed. The Boise fans were making fun of us and I was like "Oh yeah? You're in the MWC."

Second half was better, but losing by 1 point sucked. It's like I'm not "mad because we play good teams and it's always close, but 4-4 is frustrating.
