. . . and I think he should have been more flexible from the get-go either with molding his scheme to the talent in place (e.g. more zone-read, simple passing read stuff) or with moving talent around to see who best fits the scheme he wants to run (e.g. allocating a specific number of reps/possessions for Tanner each game), but he is definitely still figuring a lot of things out. Just look at Taysom's completion percentages in each half over the last four games - it's like 25% in the 1st and 70% in the 2nd. He is making good to great halftime adjustments, but he is still trying to force his scheme at the beginning of games.
He'll get there, particularly when the talent at hand matches the scheme he wants to run.
