Look at almost every single game Utah ever plays. They are regularly out gained yet they win week after week after week, season after season after season. The reason? They make more scoring plays overall than the teams they play against.

This really struck me as I watched the BYU game Thursday, how much what they were doing reminded me of a Utah game. And of course it made sense since Kalani came from there and is a whittingham disciple. All that matters is that in the end your team scores more than their team, that's it, it doesn't matter where the points come from. And I think we're going to see more of this with Kalani.

As a long time football coach I can tell you that I couldn care less about anything other than winning and to do that all your team has to do is score more points than the other team. It doesn't matter how you do it.
