Big12 has already played their hand, so I don't see where the leverage would be. If Big12 threatened to expand again, I have to imagine the networks would say "go ahead and do Act 2 of your circus (if you dare to further damage your collective reputations), and then call us when you chicken out again. We'll be here waiting."
