having lunch with Mitt Romney last week, he shared the same sentiment. Granted, he wasn't referring to CB, but it's a problem in our society in general. And Frankly, my buddy Tom Holmoe told me he felt the same way on the golf course last week. Guys, we have to find a way to unite and get along. We're BYU fans, for heaven's sakes.

Look, I don't care what Donald Trump said when I was in his house last week for a private (non-fundraiser) dinner. Although he thinks we have to keep fighting against those that oppose us, I ultimately think he's taking the wrong approach. Believe it or not, even Madonna, who invited me over a few weeks ago to convince me to vote democrat, (joke's on her, I'm writing in my good friend, Andy Reid.) had some nice things to say about republicans who are looking for a better option than Trump. And in all my run-ins with her, that's never happened.

I didn't mean to make this post political. But as Eric Weddle said to me last night in a hand-written letter, we can definitely do better. And when I asked Kyle Whittingham, who was helping me lay sod for one of our neighbors last week, he acknowledged that we aren't really all that different, anyway.
