El Azteca. Provo's first Mexican place opened in 1963, closed a few years ago.
The son took it over, moved it from the taco shop location and tried to keep it going. I enjoyed the time he owned it as he liked to experiment with different flavors and would have nice, interesting specials. It did better then it had in years in its new location, but it still wasn't enough to keep it open. It was too bad.
