Continue to plummet like the article stated, then there is going to be a big need for revenue to these schools that have subsequently lost the TV revenue. Scheduling a game at BYU that guarantees a 10-15 million pay per view with a large split for that could earn them an extra 5 million or so for that game. That would be in addition to whatever they have on their own. Just seems like an easy way to make some cash and the way these athletic departments are spending they are going to need it.
