The community of Star Valley, Wyoming (of which Afton is the largest town) is predominantly LDS with lots of BYU fans and lots of WYO fans. I was born there actually, but only lived there for a few months. Given my roots, I cheer for Wyoming whenever they are not playing BYU. They usually don't provide a lot to cheer for. Their win over the smurf donkeys this season was a fun one.

If any of you have never been to Jackson via Star Valley, I highly recommend it. It is a great weekend trip. May want to wait until April, however. Winters up there are brutal. If you wait until the summer, be sure to do some whitewater rafting on the Snake.
