Please do not give me the old grade school argument to justify bad behavior on the part of the BYU players or its fan base...."gee Wyoming did this..."

I am one of those LDS Wyoming fans that is old enough to remember many BYU-Wyoming games over the years, and I have been to many of them. I have gone toe to toe with some of my fellow Wyoming fans on the fan board to keep religion out of the disagreement between the two schools and to keep the discussion on a sports level. I have been called some pretty bad names by several of my fellow Wyoming fans, and have even been called a BYU appeaser. I can remember things that some of the BYU players have done over the years, like shoot the bird to the Wyoming fans, or a prominent BYU player who is now in the Hall of Fame saying most arrogantly right before a game with Wyoming, that the ONLY reason he would stop in Wyoming is if the fan belt broke in his car. I have heard the urine bomb story many times over the years and can only say that I have been to many BYU Wyoming games and NEVER seen anything like that happening, and frankly if it had happened it would have caused quite a stir at the time, and nothing like this was ever reported.....it is just a story that developed years later. I also have seen the video of the BYU player sucker punching the Memphis player from the rear, and seen the video of the BYU player punching the Boise State player in the nuts, so please don't tell me that BYU is so clean and good.... Let's set a higher tone during the conversation for this upcoming game, and ignore the people that wish to use foul language and start hate filled posts...there will always be these people and we can't change them, no matter if the are BYU or Wyoming fans.

About this upcoming game, the Wyoming program under Coach Bohl is NOT the Wyoming program you guys had success with all of those years. It is much closer to the Coach Roach years at Wyoming. Wyoming is young but fast with an outstanding QB and RB, and I think it will be a good game. I have watched BYU play several times this year and feel that the two teams match up well. BYU has an excellent RB and it is too bad that BYU lost its QB, but that throws a wildcard into the game, how will the change of QB's effect BYU? Wyoming has had to play some really tough games back to back during the last few weeks, and now Wyoming will have time to recharge and get healthy before the bowl game, and Coach Bohl is excellent at getting his team prepared and Wyoming has played well after breaks with Bohl as the HC, so I think that Wyoming will come out very well prepared. I don't think that this game will be a blow-out either way, and will come down to the 4th quarter. Of course I want and think that Wyoming will win, but I do think that it will be a good game.
