He's not entirely wrong. If you read the article, he's talking about the major
difficulties BYU faces in recruiting high-level talent. Those challenges are real. Just like everyone else, I would like to see BYU land top LDS guys like Jabari Parker, but difficult to do when a program like Duke comes knocking on the door. I also agree that BYU should try to get more talent from overseas - watching our rivals like Gonzaga, St. Mary's, and Utah build their programs with star foreign players makes me very jealous. But BYU is a unique school with unique challenges in recruiting, and overcoming those challenges is much easier said than done.
