guys in the top 10 of passer rating. a meaningful stat due to the evolution of the passing game (and more important - pass defense) in recent history. and really, Young is in a class by himself as Warner and Manning played most of their careers after 2000. though it's the guys who played in the last 5 or 6 years who are really benefiting in terms of how much easier it is to be effective throwing the football.
