so is this going to be like the Ray Rice situation

yeah, we knew it was bad, but the details were mostly obfuscated by the internal investigation.
Now that this will be available for public consumption via the trial, assuming Baylor doesn't just settle and shut this up quickly, is Baylor finally going to face real consequences that aren't internally generated?
