They had not had hamburgers and we told them we would make them.
We went to the store and of course they didn't ground beef. So we bought the most expensive meat we could buy. It was probably a chuck roast or something.
The family had a meat grinder. When we started to put all that meat through the grinder they were horrified. They told us that much meat could have been used to make soup for six months'. Then they didn't really like the hamburgers anyway. And neither did I because their mustard was a really hot and spicy kind and the catsup was basically tomato paste with water.
