cash is fungible. They should take whatever donations they get and earmark them for whatever people want. Then take donations that aren't earmarked and funnel them all to the other programs in need. Take BYUtv revenues and put them in Olympic sports. Don't tell the donor that you won't accept donations with reasonable restrictions on the donation's eventual destination.
