Sadly, I think the LP3 are overrated (well, 2 of the 3). I think this is similar to football. 4 star players are not all equal. For example, 4 star Fball players from Texas are usually more impressive than 4 star players from Idaho or Utah, as the competition they play is just better. (notice I said usually, because it is sure not the case in every instance). The sad thing is that often times, when we do get higher starred recruits, they are from the metaphoric Idaho's of their respective sports. I think this is the same with the LP3. Sure they had a couple good tournaments out of state, but that was a huge combination of having a dominant big (Mika is legit) as good high school big men are hard to come by. This is why on paper, Mike Rose seemed so good in high school, setting the record for most threes in the state of Texas. He played on a team with an NBA big man that left him free to launch. Yet at the college level, he could not play defense or create his own shot. By and large, the LP3 really were beating up on some mediocre competition. I think Mika is legit, and that Haws has offensive potential. But I think Emory is an overrated headcase, and has been his entire career.
