Once again, you're showing your ignorance. Now that I've pointed out Stockton and Nash, you acknowledge them. But what about Dennis Johnson, KC Jones, Bill Cartwright, Mel Hutchins, or Danny Ainge? Come on dude. The fact is, WCC schools have produced two PG's better than any PG the Pac-12 has ever produced. As far as them being a long time ago, so was Jason Kidd. Stockton retired in 2003, Kidd in 2013, and Nash in 2015.
The Pac-12 is a power conference in name only. It's a lot like the MWC from 2010-2014. Lot's of bids, and no Final 4's. Your league champion didn't even get in the tourney a few seasons ago, and you've had as few as 2 bids since the conference expanded to 12 teams.
And just FYI, in three of the last 4 seasons, the WCC has had a stronger league RPI than the MWC.
The best team in either conference right now is from the WCC. The worst team in either conference right now is from the Pac-12. Clearly the middle of the Pac-12 is stronger. As Schultz said, the Pac-12 is probably closer to the WCC than it is to the ACC.
