Amen! It's like it's engrained in Utah Valley culture to love the place. The
original kneaders was actually decent, good turkey focaccia etc, but they've become the classic case of overextending themselves to make profits. They have clearly cut corners on materials to increase margins and now they pretty much suck.

Nicolitalia pizza is the other one that comes to mind.. used to be pretty good but new ownership is cutting corners. Surprising to me that restaurant owners think that's gonna fly. Never works.
