it seems like i heard it most often on my mission as well.
usually as part of the standard missionary disclaimer*.
*for example, "elder jones is SUCH a stud and i love him so much, but he farts literally constantly and i think he sexually assaulted me once while i was sleeping...but he's SUCH a stud."
