it's very unlikely that anyone could have $100k+ in 30 minutes (unless they have it in a safe). You can not
walk into your bank and get that much cash that quickly. Banks use timed safes. Only a certain amount of money is available every 20 minutes. You might be able to get that much cash in a day (or by calling ahead the day before), but if you found out that you needed that much in 30 minutes it would be mean trips to multiple bank branches and I doubt many could pull it off.
