To continue off maizecoug's comment, many new MR magnets also feature a wide-bodied, which can be a bit more
accommodating than some of the older magnets.
Like he mentioned also, ask if any of the centers around you have an open magnet that could be available.
What body part do you need imaged? Depending on this, your head and/or upper body may be able to remain out of the magnet as well.
