I just listed several shows you could watch after your kiddos bed time and quite a few that would be ok with teens. If you want children's programming there are plenty options for that as well. As far as whole family shows go, those don't really exist any more cable or otherwise and those shows mostly suck anyway.

Series of unfortunate events would be ok for the whole fam but again whole family shows are kinda just ok at best.

Sorry you don't like good shows and only want to watch Saturday's warriors. Maybe just stick with BYUtv. There are actually a few good shows there.
