The younger fans will not like us for the same petty reasons that everyone in the MWC hated us. Winning and being a Mormon doesn't make friends with a younger generation.

The older Zag fans know better. BYU gives the conference another team that wins. Another program that cares to win and improves the WCC's reputation. BYU gives them an actual arena to play in with 18k plus fans....and the biggest home court attendance in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones.

Older Gonzaga fans have to appreciate the addition of BYU's size, financing and passion even if at the expense of stiffer competition.
