Did you see their retraction of their fake front page headline and story? It was hilarious how they tried to justify their mistake as a common newspaper practice, and cited several other instances of these mistakes going back to Truman's presidential campaign. Lol. Instead of just saying that someone screwed up and laughing at the irony of the situation, they deflected and tried to justify and make Gonzaga out to be the victim.

Some of their fans were willing to give BYU, especially Mika; credit for a hard fought battle; but the majority of their message board blamed the refs,their coach, blamed their PG, complained of BYU's "rough" play, and blamed themselves instead of giving credit where it is due. Gonzaga is a great team with a chip on their shoulder, because they get very little national respect due to the WCC, their schedule, and size of their school. Their fans were really hurt by this loss, and I am sure their reporters were too. It is an exciting time to be a Zag fan, but this loss will hurt them worse than any other predicted #1 seed.
