According to Sitake, at least, that is not the case.
Sitake has said he is splitting his time evenly between O and D. Maybe that's not the case, but he has said that numerous times. Also, Lamb spend some of his time as special teams coordinator.
Considering all of that, 6 O coaches and 4 D coaches doesn't make a ton of sense, IMO.
