That's a bit harsh
as there are players on NBA rosters who are not as good as Fredette.
I'm with you that the NBA doesn't suit his game well. However, if he could learn to play 10-15 minutes off the bench and maintain his shooting percentages then I could see it working in the right system.
He has shown flashes of brilliance (e.g. vs Milwaukee, Knicks, etc.)
