The stats at Alabama prove they are a run first team.

Just look at the rushing yards and attempts compared to passing. Bama is known for their powerful run game. Sure Tanner has bragging rights for getting drafted by Alabama but he would likely rack up a lot more passing yards and opportunities if he goes to a different school that has a more balanced offense.
