With the numbers that he put up on the field(both career and last season), I am still surprised he was not invited to the Combine. He lead the country or was in top 3 all season long for interceptions, and teams game planned around him, yet no invite? I try and keep all blue goggles away from my views, but his pro day numbers prove that he should have been able to be able to prove himself on the national stage.
Kai is a great kid, and really conducts himself as polite and professional off the field. I have had a few occasions to meet and spend some time with him, and each time walked away with thinking what a good person he was. I hope that one poor lapse in judgement does not affect his being drafted. He was a great leader for the Cougs, and his skills translate to the next level. I hope today turned some heads.
