...I think everyone thought Sorensen would get drafted late and were suprised when he went UFA but maybe that's because the NFL had a predisposition towards BYU players. It seemed like towards the middle/end of Bronco's tenure, a lot of NFL teams when considering BYU players late in the draft figured they were safe to spend their last couple of picks on other players and then sign BYU players they liked to UFA deals.

Maybe Sorensen's success starts to change some minds in the NFL and we'll start seeing some of our guys go in the 6th or 7th instead of UFA.
