QB A is a QB who has a grasp on the offense, is an incredible athlete, that has shown over and over again that he has the ability to make absolutely incredible plays, but not as good of a thrower.

QB B has great arm strength, does not understand the offense, has shown that he can make great plays, but not very athletic...

You would choose QB B??
