Is it at least ok for someone who is nearsighted with a not bad prescription to
See an improvement? I'm nearing 40 and a woman(so hormones). Over the past year my prescription of -1.25 and-1.50 improved to the point where my dr said he could give me a prescription but it wasn't necessary.
The only thing I did was to stop wearing contacts/ glasses . I had 3 little ones and was lucky to get a shower everyday. I stopped wearing contacts because I could see well enough without. As a SAHM I didn't see any reason to wear them everyday.
My dr was surprised, but didn't raise any alarms. You guys are freaking me out with the diabetes talk. Should I be worried?
