if by "sideline" you mean near the field, you need to be high ranking CC member
I moved up to Gold level this year and all I could find on the sideline, between the 30's, was above the concourse. I could have been near the field near the endzone, but didn't like that option.
Feels like I would need to be at least a low level legacy member to get sideline seats below the concourse.
