Where is the reception?
Also, I'd recommend doing the dinner the night before the wedding instead of a lunch after the wedding and before the reception. We've done it both ways and it's much, much harder doing the lunch between events.

1. Photos taken after the wedding take quite a while especially at the Salt Lake temple so the bride and groom and various others will keep the rest waiting a loooong time.
2. The bride's family will need as much time as possible to get the reception center ready even if the location does most of the work.
3. A dinner the night before at a nice location that you can have catered gives you more time to be with family and friends without the stress of the day.

Just my 2 cents from our experience.
