I would have to assume that Emery and Haws both knew that Mika planned on
leaving at seasons end. How could that not factor in to the team chemistry? I imagine it was a bit depressing to know the biggest cog of the big 3 wouldn't even be there to get better down the road. To me, I think this makes a lot of sense in why the team didn't progress like most teams under Rose.
